Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Godly Garments Smart Sites, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Subscription Terms

Smart Sites are offered as a subscription service ("Subscription"). You agree to pay to fees indicated for your chosen plan (Core, Sales, Growth) via Paystack. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining of confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our service. You authorize us to collect payment via Paystack on a recurring basis.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time for any reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Given the nature of digital services and instant access, refunds for monthly subscription fees are handled on a case-by-case basis. However, we offer a 7-day cooling-off period for new subscribers.

2. Cooling-Off Period

If you are not satisfied with service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

3. Pro-Rated Refunds

After the 7-day cooling-off period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months of service, except in cases of significant service failure determined by Godly Garments.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@godlygarments.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond accordingly.
